NewVoiceMedia Hires New EVP Worldwide Sales
Cloud contact center solutions specialist, NewVoiceMedia (News - Alert), recently appointed Matt Tuson as new EVP Worldwide Sales. Company officials confirmed that the new position was created to expand global sales, while speeding up the growth through new customer acquisition and maintaining successful and trusted partnerships with existing customers.
Jonathan Gale, CEO at NewVoiceMedia, said, “We are very pleased to welcome Matt to NewVoiceMedia. With a Salesforce background and successful history of uncovering and closing large scale deals, he is perfectly placed to spearhead our drive for continued rapid growth.”

Speaking about his new appointment, Matt said, “I am excited to be joining NewVoiceMedia’s world-class team to lead and accelerate its global expansion. The company’s continued product and service innovation, with 99.9 percent guaranteed availability and a public Trust Site, creates a unique offering in the contact centre industry and I look forward to being part of its future success.”
Based in Basingstoke, NewVoiceMedia currently serves customers in 30 countries on five continents. The company has been providing its true cloud contact center and voice solutions to the U.K. public sector, which claims to benefit users from lower costs, reduced procurement times, a competitive market and an easier tendering process.
Contact World by NewVoiceMedia is an enterprise-class contact center that offers contact center technology as a true cloud service over the Internet – similar to the bigwigs like Amazon and Google (News

Along with the new appointment, the company has also received an investment of $20 million from Highland Capital Partners Europe, MMC Ventures, Notion Capital and Eden Ventures, which will help accelerate NewVoiceMedia’s global ambitions, particularly in opening new offices in North America, where its solutions are already widely used.
