Genesys Connect Solution Recognized With Best in Show Award For Contact Centers At ITEXPO Event
Genesys recently announced that at this year’s ITEXPO (News - Alert) (News - Alert) Miami that the Genesys (News - Alert) Connect solution has been recognized with the Best-In-Show Award for Contact Centers. The panel of judges, which included editors from TMC (News - Alert) (News - Alert), assessed a variety of vendors from across a number of technology sectors, and announced winners on their creativity and technological innovation.
The Best-In-Show award was given to the Genesys (News - Alert) Connect solution based on the ease of use of the solution in the cloud, as well as its easy deployment and management.
Genesys Connect, which is based on the Salesforce Platform, has been designed to provide a seamless environment that can leverage the Salesforce Service Cloud user interface and administrative environment to allow faster deployment. Agents and employees using the combined solution are provided with an integrated user interface over a number of avenues which include voice, social, web and mobile customer interaction channels.

Customers have the option of purchasing the Genesys Connect solution to either integrate it with their existing Service Cloud implementations, or they can opt for the merged Genesys and Service Cloud solution for new environments. Furthermore, the Genesys Connect solution has been made available for a free trial over the Salesforce AppExchange.
