Bunchball Extends Power of Motivational Techniques to Salesforce Service Cloud
Bunchball, a supplier of solutions to enhance business performance, reportedly extended its power of motivational techniques to the Salesforce Service Cloud with the release of the latest version of ‘Nitro for Salesforce’.
Nitro for Salesforce is stated to be a digital motivation solution that plugs and plays with one’s Salesforce.com (News

Previous Nitro versions were supposedly for gamifying Sales Cloud, but the new release extends Bunchball game mechanics to both sales and service organizations.
With Nitro for Salesforce, one can ensure the success of sales incentives, drive the adoption of Salesforce.com and improve data quality, more easily launch product-specific and seasonal promotions and incentives, automate motivation program so that focus is kept on business, increase customer satisfaction, amass more complete, higher quality sales and competitive data, improve early penetration of new products, increase product mastery and expertise, incorporate metrics specific to Service Cloud, and utilize the solution’s custom leaderboards to deliver meaningful rankings.
Joe Fisher, vice president of products at Bunchball commented, “Service, support and call center work can be highly repetitive and monotonous, which can lead to problems in productivity, absenteeism and turnover – problems that directly impact the quality of service a company delivers to its customers. By adding the motivational power of gamification to Service Cloud, the latest release of Bunchball’s Nitro for Salesforce offers an easy and effective way for service organizations to engage and focus agents who daily face high volumes of calls and ever-increasing productivity goals. With Nitro for Salesforce, Service Cloud customers can drive desirable behaviors that help cut costs, keep agents engaged and improve customer service.”
The latest version of Nitro for Salesforce is slated to be available via Salesforce.com’s AppExchange Social Enterprise Showcase, or directly from Bunchball.
