Cloud-Based Contact Center Company Offers SMBs Contact Center Functionality with No Upfront Costs

While cloud-based contact center solutions have revolutionized call center technology – particularly for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) for who real call center functionality was out of reach prior to the rise of cloud solutions – these Web-based call center products haven't always been a magic bullet for smaller companies.

According to this frackakak blog, many of today's cloud-based contact center technology vendors still require customers to sign long-term contracts, prepay deposits per user-license or seat, pay monthly subscriptions, and prepay set up fees. Needless to say, it can be a bit of a minefield for SMBs looking for true cloud-based contact center functionality with the least possible amount of money upfront.

Apparently hoping to address this issue, a Philippines-based company called GoAutoDial Inc. rolled out a cloud-based hosted call center system earlier this year using the brand and domain name www.justGOcloud.com. It’s a do-it-yourself (DIY) system where the SME call center gets to sign up for free minus the long-term contracts to sign, deposits, monthly subscription payments, and set up fees, writes frackakak. After signing up, an SMB contact center is provided with 120 minutes worth of VoIP credits to start immediately, as well as test its LAN setup and Internet connectivity, or as a proof of concept (POC). The company provides a step-by-step, do-it-yourself (DIY) process of setting up all the user and campaign profiles using self-help reading materials and training videos.

Sounds too good to be true? Not necessarily. GoAutoDial Inc. reports that it makes its small profit margins out of the VoIP minutes it provides to clients' contact centers – something that sets it apart from its competition. GoAutoDial offers three cloud centers for SMBs to choose from – an Australia Cloud, a North American Cloud and a European Cloud – as well as a “private cloud” set up for SMB contact centers that want total privacy away from a multitenant environment.
