Altitude Software Makes a New Scandinavian Deal
Today the management of Altitude Software, a company that specializes in developing software products for contact centers around the world, has announced a new partnership. The company has begun to deliver cloud contact services to a client in Scandinavia. The contract came about after a new acquisition. When a Sweden-based Software-as-a-Service provider was bought out by a group of private investors, they decided to bring in Altitude Software (News - Alert) to help smooth over some of the rough spots.

, had the following to say about the new deal, "Altitude Software's investment in Sweden underlines the strategic importance of the Northern Europe market as an early adopter of Cloud software solutions to manage customer service operations. Increasingly, companies prefer to focus on their core business and use advanced technology solutions delivered by reliable specialized providers. The new venture combines the Cloud provider experience of the Swedish team with the global product skills of the Altitude Software team to present a powerful Contact Center in the Cloud offering in the market.”
For those of you not familiar with Altitude's
work, the company provides a modular software solution that is designed to run with no capital investment. The software is designed to allow contact managers to focus on customers by removing the amount of administrative and IT work that they need to do on a daily basis.
