Cegedim Relationship Management Delivers Mobile Intelligence for iPad to Boiron USA
Cegedim Relationship Management stated that its cloud-based Mobile Intelligence for iPad and Xtelligence Analytics Suite is going to help Boiron USA gain a holistic 360-degree view of its customer databases.
Cegedim asserted that the Mobile Intelligence for iPad is a CRM redesigned to act as an iPad app and is ideal for on-field workers. It offers advanced capabilities such as location-based services with Google (News
- Alert) Maps using built-in GPS capabilities, electronic signature capture with automatic encryption to ensure compliance and multimedia presentation with built-in projector support. For Boiron USA, the solution delivers flexibility through advanced configuration tools in order to maintain greater control over the application’s deployment, scale and overall cost.
The company added that its Xtelligence is an unprecedented Life Sciences ready-to-use analytics and reporting solution for one’s sales and marketing organizations. It is ideal for rapid deployment and is said to be an end-to-end analytics solution from consulting to production support. Boiron USA will make use of the cross-enterprise performance dashboards in Xtelligence that merge multi-source end user data for invaluable commercial analysis.
Boiron USA acknowledged that until now, it was not able to get a 360-degree view of its customers but now with Xtelligence, which delivers relevant KPIs to its business analysts, it has tangible insights on its commercial performance and means to enhance them.
