Broadview Networks Wins Customer Service Team of the Year Award

RYE BROOK, N.Y. --(Business Wire)--

Broadview Networks, a leading provider of hosted voice, data and cloud computing solutions, won a Silver Stevie® Award for its Billing Inquiry team's outstanding performance in the category of Back-Office Customer Service Team of the Year. The award was presented last night at the seventh annual Sales & Customer Service Awards gala held at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas.

Broadview was honored for its billing department's high customer satisfaction ratings and the new training courses implemented by the leaders of its Billing Inquiry team. The results, as measured by a third-party survey, showed fewer billing inquiries, a decrease in the amount of time required to close an inquiry and an increase in overall customer satisfaction.

The Stevie® Awards are an international competition recognizing excellence in the disciplines that are crucial to business success. This year, more than 1,100 entries were submitted from organizations of all sizes and virtually every industry, with winners chosen by select members of specialized judging committees.

"We know that customers rely on us for accurate and timely support," said Tim Bell, Broadview's Senior Vice President of Operatins. "Broadview is committed to continual innovation, whether it is with our flagship business solution, OfficeSuite, or our billing department's processing strategy. We strive to exceed our customers' expectations and help them achieve the best business results possible. I couldn't be more proud of the team and all of their efforts."

"From our perspective, this was the most successful Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service yet," said Michael Gallagher, President and Founder of the Stevie Awards. "Not just because of the increase in the number and variety of entries, but in the extraordinary quality of the entries. Judges have told me how impressed they were with the success stories they reviewed this year. All of this year's Stevie Award winners are truly deserving."
