For fourth quarter, the company reported Non-GAAP Net Income of $214.9 million, or $0.35 per diluted share, on Non-GAAP Revenues of $1.10 billion. For fiscal 2013, Non-GAAP Net Income was $728.4 million, or $1.17 per diluted share, on Non-GAAP Revenues of $4.28 billion. Non-GAAP gross margins were a record 52.3%. Building on its diverse analog and signal-processing patent portfolio, Cirrus Logic delivers highly optimized products for a variety of audio and energy-related applications. For third quarter, the company reported Non-GAAP Net Income of $112.8 million, or $1.64 per diluted share, on Revenues of $310 million, a growth of 153% over third quarter of fiscal 2013. Non-GAAP gross margins were 37% for the quarter. For nine months of fiscal 2013, Non-GAAP Net Income was $182.45 million, or $2.65 per diluted share, on Revenues of $602.9 million with Non-GAAP gross margins being 31%.
