GMT UNVEILS NEW CORPORATE IDENTITY

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

GMT UNVEILS NEW CORPORATE IDENTITY

New website and corporate logo emphasizes commitment to customers and innovation in workforce optimization and human capital management markets

NORCROSS, GA -- (September 25, 2008) - GMT Corp., a global industry leader in enterprise workforce management and performance optimization solutions, today unveiled its new corporate identity – the first significant transformation of its brand since the company’s founding. The new brand is designed to reflect GMT’s position as a client-centric organization committed to ongoing product and service innovation in the enterprise workforce and human capital management market.

"GMT has a rich history in providing workforce and performance management solutions for the contact centers, branch offices and back offices of enterprise customers worldwide," said GMT chief executive officer Simon Angove. "Our new brand reflects our continued commitment to these clients as well as our market-differentiating product and service innovations. We continue to expand into new markets and new geographies extolling the virtues of workforce optimization as a ‘must have’ technology, especially in a slowing economy."

The new GMT logo has been updated to reflect the company’s continuous commitment to expanding its footprint in the enterprise workforce and human capital management markets. Earlier this year, the company divested its GMT CashMaster™ cash management business to Fiserv, a leading provider of information technology services to the financial and insurance industries, leaving it singularly focused on providing enterprise workforce optimization solutions.

The stylized human form featured in the new logo symbolizes the power of workforce optimization to the success of any enterprise business, with the three distinct colors representing the contact center, branch office and back office departments of the enterprise – the areas in which investment in GMT’s workforce optimization technologies yield the greatest benefit.

"Our brand is rapidly becoming one of the most recognized in the markets we serve," added Kevin Hegebarth, GMT’s vice president of marketing. "Our customers, our partners and our employees associate our brand with industry-leading product and services, continued innovation, quality and, foremost, our client care philosophy. Today we are redoubling our commitments to these attributes and unveiling a new, contemporary image that reflects the business environment in which we operate."

The company has also launched its new web site (www.gmt.com) in conjunction with its overall corporate rebranding, featuring GMT’s updated re-branding elements, improved navigation, richer content, and better linking to partner solutions. These re-branded elements will be included in all corporate communications materials including brochures, presentations, case studies, event graphics and corporate stationery. The company expects to complete all phases of its corporate rebranding by year end.
