Netanya, Israel -- GED-i LTD, a leading developer of Storage Data
Security and Encryption technology announced today, a cooperation with
Sun Microsystems Inc, a leading manufacturer of servers, software and
storage on the Solaris OE. GED-i signed a porting agreement to deliver
the recently launched GSA 2000 encryption appliance and GKS 2000 key
Server for Sun platforms.

The companies have agreed to cooperate under the umbrella of
"Cooperation with International Corporate" a program initiated by the
Chief Scientist's office, in Israel's Ministry of Industry and Trade.
In accordance to the agreement, GED-i Ltd will provide it's Encryption
appliance (GSA 2000) and Key Server (GKS 2000) on Sun platforms running
the Solaris Operating Environment. Sun Microsystems Inc will support
the company in the development and marketing of the ported product.

GED-i Ltd is the only company to offer an adequate level of security to
stored data. Utilizing unique technology GED-i Ltd overcomes the
inherent vulnerabilities of storage devices. With three layers of
standard encryption (AES 256) and proprietary methods, the GSA 2000
product family, is the only solution that guarantees stored data will
never be compromised by unauthorized organizations or individuals.

GED-i is taking part of the Sun Startup Essentials program, developed
by Sun as a worldwide program to assist a growing community of
startups. GED-i will be leveraging the engineering support as well as
access to a wide range of Sun's software and servers to help in
porting, tuning and sizing their appliance, tailoring them to
customers' needs.
