LAS VEGAS --(Business Wire)-- Berman Marketing Group Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Berman Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BRMN) today announced it has entered into an agreement to use the hardware and software system developed and owned by the company's CEO Bruce A Berman.


The hardware and software infrastructure the company will be using costs approximately $375,000 to develop and maintain and has been continually enhanced and fined tuned over the last four years. This state-of-the-art marketing system allows the company to release multiple websites and track visitors' performance from multiple marketing urls and channels. The company currently owns over 400 website urls which can be run all at the same time with this system. Through minute by minute reporting, the company can tailor marketing and focus on key geographic using internet, print, radio, and television.

Bruce A Berman, CEO, stated, "I have developed this state-of-the-art direct marketing platform over the last four years and recently spent over $100,000 on upgrades to it. It is a very powerful infrastructure that will give Berman Marketing Group an instant infrastructure to launch its interactive marketing form. The value of the power and reliability of this system for the Berman Marketing Group can not be overstated. My team and I all know how this infrastructure works and how we can use it to BMG's advantage. If we had to start building this from scratch the cost and time it would take would seriously delay the company's marketing plans and potential."

The Company has acquired a non-exclusive right to use the software and hardware technology housed at Equinix facility (http://www.equinix.com/). That technology is located in Equinix downtown Network Operations Center. It deploys multiple, redundant web servers, routers, switches, database servers, and hot-swappable RAID level 5 disk arrays capable of handling many hundreds of thousands of unique visitors a day (which is equal to systems deployed by Fortune 500 companies).

The technology foundation is capable of handling more than 250,000 unique visitors daily through scalable platforms using Microsoft's SQLServer, multi-redundant databases, web servers, and routers. All technology is highly customizable allowing unlimited number of web sites access to common databases while tracking unlimited marketing campaigns.

Being a Level 3 NOC Sarbanes Oxley compliant technology center, access to these facilities is highly restricted and requires multi-level palm scans and ID verifications. In addition, security to customer data is protected using 128-bit encryption certificates. For compensation of the non-exclusive use of this hardware and software the company will pay approximately $1,450 a month to equinox and $100 a month to Limelight for the hosting of this hardware and software.
